He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Naledi Mining Services, Botswana, and previously served in various senior managerial positions at Debswana.

With over 25 years of extensive experience in public administration, human resource management, and procurement oversight, Mr Mosarwe is a seasoned public service executive. He has demonstrated leadership across municipal governance and ministerial advisory roles.

He is currently a Director at 53A Luxury Bed and Breakfast and BrandRock Security Services (Pty) Ltd.

An accomplished agricultural entrepreneur and MD of Lucerne Fields Farm. He is the country’s largest supplier of premium carrots and beetroot under the B-Fresh brand. He holds leadership roles including President of the Limousin Breeder’s Society of Southern Africa and Chairperson of the Botswana Commercial Horticulture Farmers’ Association.
