The engagement which was held at Cresta Bosele Hotel was aimed to educate SPEDU and LEA clients on the reimbursement of training costs incurred on the employees for businesses registered with CIPA.
HRDC highlighted regulations for eligible training as below;
1. Training providers must have a valid accreditation by BQA
2. Learning programme/course must be accredited by BQA or HRDC as applicable
3. Short courses, TVET up to certificate level, certifications (CIMA, ACCA, BICA, Diploma, and above currently not eligible)
4. Training with a duration of at least 1 day or min 8 - 10 hours
5. HRDC pre-approved training.
