Currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of Botswana, where delivers impactful courses, conducting influential research, and fostering academic growth through mentorship and collaboration. Dr Sebeelo’s career highlights include significant contributions to strategy development and M&E at the Botswana Qualifications Authority, public health research with CDC/BOTUSA, and providing governance and strategic direction as a Board Member for the Botswana Gambling Authority. He is passionate about leveraging sociological insights to drive positive societal change and organizational effectiveness.

Currently serving as Director of the Department of Industry Development. She has a proven track record in shaping national industrial policy, driving legislative reforms, and spearheading initiatives that foster economic growth and competitiveness. She possesses the relevant skills for handling complicated trade agreements with different countries and groups like SADC and SACU, and have led important meetings.

Dr. Mothibi is an seasoned and strategic medical professional with a robust background in general medical practice, senior medical officer roles, and leadership within hospital settings. Possessing a unique blend of clinical expertise and strong management acumen, including financial management, disciplinary/conflict resolution, and strategic planning. Proven ability to oversee efficient hospital operations and skilled at navigating complex health regulations within diverse environments, including mine hospitals. She is experienced in developing and implementing high-level vision and mission for departments, with a track record of effective team dynamics and management. She is currently a General Practitioner at Selekano Medical Center in Selebi-Phikwe, with prior experience as Chairperson for medical boards.

Mr. Thitoyamore has extensive cross-sectional exposure spanning both Production and Technical environments. A results-oriented individual possessing strong interpersonal skills, he excels at engaging, motivating, and fostering a teamwork atmosphere to achieve collective objectives. With a proven track record in operational excellence, strategic planning, and financial management, he is committed to driving productivity, efficiency, and sustainable growth within the mining industry. Currently a Chief Executive Officer at Naledi Mining Services, Botswana and previously served in various Senior Managerial positions at Debswana.

With a proven track record of securing significant capital investment, expanding operations, and driving substantial output in key crops, she is a strategic leader committed to enhancing the vitality and competitiveness of the private sector. Her extensive board and committee experience, coupled with a strong dedication to community social responsibility, underscores her holistic approach to business and national development. She is in possession of Bachelor of Commerce: Finance & Risk Management and Diploma of Commerce. She is also a Certified Expert in Agricultural Financing.

Mr. Stiglingh is a highly accomplished agricultural entrepreneur with extensive experience in large-scale horticulture and livestock farming, deeply rooted in Botswana’s agricultural landscape. As the proud owner and Managing Director of Lucerne Fields Farm since 2007, he has built the country’s largest supplier of premium carrots and beetroot under the B-Fresh brand. Beyond horticulture, he manages a thriving commercial herd and the prestigious Limousin stud. With a strong commitment to sustainable practices and community development, Mr Stiglingh leads a dynamic operation that employs over 200 people. His leadership extends to significant roles in the agricultural sector, including President of the Limousin Breeder’s Society of Southern Africa, Chairperson of the Tuli-Block Farmer’s Association, and Chairperson of the Botswana Commercial Horticulture Farmer’s Association. He is also a long-standing member of the Ministry of Agriculture’s Technical Advisory Committee for Agriculture Business Development. Prior to his current ventures, he gained valuable project management experience in diverse industries, including mining and construction in South Africa demonstrating strong capabilities in planning, execution, and team management. Recognized for his excellence, he has received multiple awards, including the Botswana Horticultural Council’s Top Onion Producers Award and international accolades for his Limousin cattle.

He has proven his exceptional leadership skills in municipal governance, ministerial advisory roles, and strategic operational management. He has a strong track record of managing important administrative tasks, working well with different groups of people, and putting important policies into action, making them ready to bring valuable knowledge and experience to any tough situation. He is currently a Director at 53A luxury Bed and Breakfast and BrandRock Security Services (Pty) Ltd.

Beyond operational excellence, Mr Itlhobogeng brings entrepreneurial vision as the Founder and Managing Director of Kalahari Shade Net, a successful thermoplastic manufacturing facility. Furthermore, his role as Board Chairman for the Manufacturers Association demonstrates his commitment to broader industry leadership and strategic governance. His blend of technical expertise, strategic acumen, and exceptional people skills makes him a valuable asset for any organization aiming for sustained growth and operational distinction. He has attained a Masters in Business Leadership, Bachelor of Engineering in Mineral Processes as well as BSc, Part one and PESC.

Currently running his own legal firm in Selibe Phikwe called OGB Marata Attorneys. He is in possession of a Bachelor of Laws Degree.
